Approach
It starts with a conversation about where you actually are
Not a package. Not a playbook. You first. Then we see what helps.
No two situations are the same
One client sells across marketplaces. Another has a shop on a street and simply needs people to walk in. Another has a product that used to sell and does not any more. On the surface those have nothing in common.
Underneath, they are the same question. Someone out there could become your customer, and something is standing between them and that decision.
So there is no fixed program. We start with where you are, what you have already tried and what is actually bothering you. Then we look at where the fastest impact is.
Where to look first
Find them. Reach them. Convince them. Turn them into customers
Whatever the channel, every sale walks through those four. And in almost every business, one of the four is quietly costing far more than the other three.
Sometimes the right people never find you. Sometimes they find you and nothing you say lands. Sometimes they understand you perfectly and still do not trust you enough to buy. Those are completely different problems, and most businesses are fixing the wrong one.
Working out which of the four is really holding you back is the first thing we do. It is also the cheapest thing to get right.
Who you are really up against
A system decides your competitors on category and keyword overlap. A buyer decides them on what could solve the problem, which often includes a completely different type of product, and sometimes doing nothing at all.
Find
The right people never see you, or the wrong ones do.
Reach
They see you, but nothing you say is for them.
Convince
They understand it, but the doubt wins.
Convert
They want it, and something in the last step stops them.
And sometimes it goes further
Optimizing opens the door to your next product
There is almost always room to improve what you already sell. Sharper positioning, images that answer the real question, an offer that lands with the person deciding. That alone usually moves the numbers, and often by more than people expect.
And while you are in there, you find the things better communication cannot fix. That is the good part. It is the moment the next version of your product becomes visible, and you already know what it has to do, because your buyers told you.
That is where product development begins. Not as a separate service, but as the obvious next step.

The principle behind the work
The two-second rule
Get the moment right and start connecting.
Consumers give you seconds
Two seconds of real attention, and then they scroll on. What you do with that decides whether you are relevant or not.
They move through moments
Every journey is a series of moments, and your buyer is standing in one of them. Meet them there and the message does the work.
They decide before they read
Nobody weighs your features in those first seconds. Everything you wrote underneath is a conversation you only get if you win that moment.
Everything is a choice process. Including this one
You are not starting from nothing. You have tools, data, people and a way of working that got you this far. All of it counts, and all of it says something before a single question is asked.
Where something is already handled well, by your own team or by someone you work with, it stays where it is. The point is not to take work over, it is to make sure what we find actually reaches it. The goal is not to hand you a different way of working. It is to improve the one you are already in.
And when the answer really matters, we ask the buyers themselves. Thinking will get you a long way. But before real money goes into traffic, inventory or new creative, it is worth knowing what shoppers actually reject and why.
Get started
Ready to stop sounding like everyone else?
Tell me what you are working on. If it touches how your buyer decides, there is usually something to gain.
